I brought my car in because it was leaking from my radiator. My dad is a mechanic, but since moving away from Bellingham to Vancouver, I was nervous to have someone else working on my car. The customer service was excellent. When they gave us the estimate on the repair, my husband and I decided we could not afford their service and elected to wait and have my dad come down to replace the radiator himself (he only charges me for the part, not labor. Perks of having a father who is a mechanic!) When my husband told the technician and staff at Hoesly that we weren't going to have them do the repair after all, they were very gracious and not at all pushy or overbearing. I think this speaks volumes about their integrity. Thanks again!
