We are very happy and impressed with the team at Hoesly. They got us in quickly, and helped us get our vehicle back fast. They have fantastic transparency and communication. We never had to wonder what was going on with our vehicle or why something was being done - everything was clearly laid out and explained without any pressure to get any particular service or repair beyond what we wanted or needed. We knew going in that our vehicle would need a full diagnostic and were very impressed with the diligence of the Hoesly team. The diagnostic reports are clear and informative and the team followed up with us on questions and decision processes promptly. Their customer service is exemplary. We are very satisfied with Hoesly and would highly recommend them. We will absolutely be using them for future service on our vehicles. Note: When first trying to find an auto repair place, we were concerned due to Covid about how to get our vehicle serviced and what the process would be, but Hoesly was professional and their communication so clear that the process was incredibly smooth. There was even a tag in our vehicle showing they'd sanitized it before we picked it up. We are really impressed that they made a potentially stressful situation so simple and easy.

Hoesley Automotive was able to make an appointment the same day we had an issue with our vehicle. Was able to diagnosis the problem with a bad alternator. The vehicle was fixed right away. Back on the road.

Extremely helpful and very kind! My car had broken down and I was more emotional than I would have liked to be and they were super understanding. I couldn’t recommend a place more. Also when they check your car they send you a web link of everything they looked at, what looks good and what doesn’t. photos included.
