The service as usual that was provided to me is second to none. I actually enjoy having a mechanic(s) shop that is willing to use their time to figure out quirky problems with my vehicle. With this visit they quickly fixed my car in the course of the day along with doing a full service oil change. When there was a problem with a little o-ring the mechanic noticed while changing the gasket of my axle, they chose to replace the o-ring though they did not need to. I prefer customer service such as this to ensure a complete visit and allowing a potentially larger problem to be fixed before anything is affected. Another plus to the service is they provide my wife a ride home promptly once she drops my vehicle off to be worked on. Thank you very much.

I have been taking my car to have it serviced in Portand 7 years ago and been very happy with the service and treatment by folk there. When I received the card in the mail from you, I knew I needed to at least give you all a try. I experienced court4esy from everyone. I also received both verbal and written information about my car. I love that you have a shuttle and that your business is both close to home and a local business. When I asked about the Eco part I was pleased that the business has that as a value carried out in the way you do business. I will be back soon.
easy to get an appt, they are willing to take you to work or home so don't have to wait there. explain auto jargon in understandable terms.
