Vancouver Auto Repair

This is the only place that we will ever bring our car. If they miss something, they are happy to make up for it. They stand behind their work - Sometimes they even call to make sure their work is holding up to our satisfaction. They really do a good job. I would recommend them to anyone.

I asked Don to acquire two different size tires for two different cars. I scheduled my son to go in with tires off my alfa romeo, and his car to get the tires mounted. The appontment was made, the amount of time was exactly as promised- ThanksDon & Bill

Our Subaru died on my husband's commute to Portland. We had it towed to Hoesly's and I called Bill to warn him it was coming. The guys diagnosed and fixed the problem (alternator died) and had it repaired and ready to go by 5:30pm the same day.Thanks guys for the quick response!

I didnt know where to take my car to have it repaired my husband had always fixed it and now he is to sick so i need an auto shop my friend recommended hoesly it is close to where i work so i can drop the car off and walk to my work.They called me and went into detail about the things they found wrong and i gave them the go ahead to repair it and it was ready in a few hours.I was treated with respect and i was happy with the work done and i now know where togo the next time my car needs work done.

this feels like preaching to the chior. Heosly's is the next best thing to having your own personal mechanic! they will get you car ot truck into the shop ASAP or fix it in ten right there in the lot. It's done right on the first effort and if need be will be tweeked and polished with out any hassle. I always go there and I always get the best job done for the the best price out there!!

I recently used Hoesly for some standard maintenance stuff (e.g. oil change, filters, fluids, etc.). They also did a test drive and a full analysis of my car.The work was solid, they finished it when they said they would, they were friendly and easy to work with, and really just provided great service all around.However, what really stood out to me was their feedback on the analysis they did. My car is a 15 year old Nissan Sentra with over 230,000 miles on it, so I knew it had plenty of small issues. I fully expected to get a sales pitch on everything I needed to do and how important all of these things were, etc. etc. along with a $3,000 estimate. Instead I was given a very honest, and practical assessment of each item on the list, including the fact that some of these repairs would make little difference considering the condition and value of the car vs. the cost of the repair. They are definitely my new car shop.

Efficient, positive, friendly, courteous. Willing to answer questions in detail in layman's terms, provided transportation to my loaner car, kept me updated on progress, charged me fair and square. I wouldn't hesitate to return or to recommend this fine company to others. My car is running like a top! Thanks.
