Thanks to their good record keeping, my friends at Hoesly's fixed the throttle problem I had with my van at no charge. The part they had replaced during the last visit failed, so they made the repairs under warranty and the van now starts easily in this cold weather.

At Hoesly they always can tell me whats wrong, how long it'll take and they're always responsibly priced. Great team to work with.

I know little about automobiles except that they need gas, I know where the cap is, and it's a hassle to change a flat; I leave the rest to Hoesly Automotive and relax. It is nice to get a detailed invoice and check sheet that is important to me. If I don't understand something it is patiently explained it to me so I understand, giving me a feeling of satisifaction that the car was properly repaired and I wasn't overcharged. Oh, I forgot, I do know how to open the hood and where the battery is.

They did a great job with my companies van and got it fixed the same day it was brought in. When getting the van towed, one of the repair man had a slight disagreement with the tow truck driver (he was blocking the entrance). Even though I wasn't personally bothered by the disagreement, the repair man called and apologized to me. The call wasn't needed, but it was also nice that they took the time to make sure my time at Hoesly was a good experience.
