The customer is not just a face here -- Bill, Don, and the crew remember me when I come in. In place of stale popcorn, a big basket of fresh fruit and the day's paper welcome you to the office, which is a cozy, friendly place to wait--or they'll drive you home if you prefer. They've cared for the newer of our Hondas since we brought it home from the dealership. I first brought the older vehicle -- a 1995 Odyssey-- to Hoesley's with well over 100,000 miles on the odometer--it's at 230K now, and we think we'll make 300K with the excellent service it's had there.
